Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and boots are placed in their original box.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
